What counts as a content action?

One fully researched new article, one substantial update to an existing article, or one pillar/cluster expansion. Daily scans, skipped low-value topics, metadata suggestions and reports do not consume an action.

What happens to an action when a run fails?

An action is held while the engine works and settled when it stops. If a run fails before any real research or writing happened, the action goes back to your allowance automatically. If it fails after that work had started, the action is used, and the article’s workspace says so. When the engine itself decides a topic is not worth writing, that decision never uses an action, whatever it cost us to reach.

If I pay annually, do I get the whole year’s actions up front?

No: actions are allocated monthly even on annual billing, so the allowance paces with your publishing. Unused actions do not roll over.

What happens when I hit a limit?

New generation stops and we tell you why. Nothing is deleted, your reports keep working, and you can upgrade or buy a one-off pack of 10 actions. We never bill you for overages you did not choose.

Can I cancel?

Any time. You keep access through the period you have paid for, then the account becomes read-only; your content and exports stay available.
